Yey!! I feel like putting up some random facts or something along those lines.
shut up! = damare hey = oi why? = dooshite?/ naze? when? = itsu? where? = doko here = koko there = soko over there = asoko this = kore / kono(possessive) that = sore / sono (possessive) that one over there = are / ano (possessive) how? = dooyatte

I'm going to take a brief moment here and talk about particle No
YEY PARTICLE NO!!!
This, i believe, is one of the more easier particles to learn and get to use. no makes it possessive.
example: kore wa watashi no hon desu. This is my book. kono hon wa watashi no desu. This book is mine. What the difference between the two? In the first sentence, 'kore' could be used by itself. In the latter, 'kono' must be used with a noun. This rule applies to sore/sono, are/ano as well.
