"We agreed that if we were to get seperated to go to the nearest town and since we were coming here anyway I figured he might already be here. The reason we were coming here is we heard that there's a race held here and we wanted to watch it." The woman said as she pulled out some documents that held her identity and handed them to the Gate-keeper. "My name's Angie and as you can see everything's in order."

Enouska had passed the bar, then paused. She heard that familiar voice. her eyes narrowed, she went to the door, slowly opened it and spotted him. She growled low to herself, marched over to him, grabbed the back of his shirt and threw him off the chair. once he was on the ground, she sat on his stomach and glared at Ceasar, "Long time no see, carrot top!" She snapped.

The Gate-keeper takes the papers, he sifts through them and nods. "It has been a while that I have seen papers from the goverment. People usually show their ring of their membership here." He told the lady. "Guard, escort her so other sailors leave her alone will you?" And the guard in question came, one with a long spear. He motioned the lady to follow him. "I will lead you o the neares inn."
Ceasar knew what was about to come. He made a small chuckle. He tried a fake smile, and he looked at Enouska."Oy....yer sittin' on me... Wha' yer gonna do nowe?" He said fearlessly. But definitely knowing something would happen.

Enouska merely grinned. She got off him, pulled him up and looked at Ceasar, "You'll see... you think that bucket was nice... no no, brother... you'll have something worse, you will." She verified. "Oi, can I get a scotch?" She called to the bartender and took a seat. She looked at the males in the bar, then to Ceasar.

Ceasar blinked. Nothing happened to him?? He stood up, and sat on a chair. He ordered a drink, but instead of drinking it, he just stared at the bottom of te glass. He was thinking to himself. Something rather unusual for Ceasar when he is in a tavern. He stood up without even taking a sip from his drink and walked out. He went to the training grounds, where the sparring and course competition would take place.

Angie followed the guard as he lead her into the city. "So what time is the race supposed to be held?"

"Today at four, in the training grounds. Do you wish to spectate the event?" Asked the escort, as he opened the door to the inn.

Enouska drained her scotch quickly, put a few coins on the counter then quickly followed after Ceasar. She followed him to the grounds and finally caught up with him. She lightly put her hand on his shoulder, "Ceasar? What's wrong?"

"Yes I would. It sounds like it might be interesting." Angie said as she went into the inn.
Back at the gate Armal had arrived disguised as a lord from another town. "Excuse me, Gate-keeper. Have you seen my wife by any chance?"

The Guard that escorted Angie waited outside, but he said through the open door: "It starts at 4, in about 30 minutes. It is in the training grounds, a 15 minute walk from here."
The Gate-keeper looked at Armal, and quickly saw his noble clothes. "Ah, you must be a wealthy merchant milord. Your Wife was led to the Inn not far from here, it is called 'The Sleepy Sailor' I believe." The Gate-Keeper then motioned the guards to let through the merchant. "Do come and trade with the local merchants. New clients and buyers are always usefull."
Ceasar looked at Enouska, and pointed at the wooden sword rack. "I need ta change mi mind o' things. N' anyway, it is 4 in 30 minutes. 'Ow 'bout a warm up roun'? Ye n' me." Ceasar explained as he walked to the weapons rack and took a long wooden sabre from the rack. The rack had all kinds of weapons, spears, swords, daggers, even some wooden muskets to train with the bayonets. "Ye can choose any weapons ye wan'. Ye go' ta choose wha' yer best with, cause some o' the lads 'ere like ta wield maces... N' I think ye kno' 'ow maces can be dangerous versus a sabre like mine, if it hits, my sabre turns ta bits." Ceasar stated, as he walked to the sand arena, where the competition would be held very soon.

"Ok Thanks." Angie said as she looked around the inn as she walked to the desk. "I'd like to purchase a room for the night." She said to the inn-keeper.
"Thanks, but I'm no merchant. Although I do know quite a few. Next time I see them I'll let them know." Armal said as he walked through the gate.

Enouska nodded and went to the weapon rack. She grabbed a sabre as well. She flipped it between her fingers, then gripped the handle. "Alright... this should be fun." She smiled and walked around Ceasar as though she were stalking some prey. "How shall we do this? Wager?"

" 'ow 'bout a bottle o 50 year ol' whiskey. O' brandy, whicheva' ye prefer..." Ceasar states, as he brings his sabre up, putting his free hand on his waiste. He slightly bends his legs, ready to defend or strike. His eyes looking at Enouska's, a skilled swordsman must be able to tell a movement by looking at the opponent, and not the enemies weapon.
"Ye up fer it?"

Enouska smiled and closed her eyes. "Of course I am." She opened her eyes. She paused in front of him. "Taking a stance. If this were a real fight, you would've been hit. Pirates don't wait around!" She shouted and ran at him. She swung her arm back behind her, then spun to her left; letting the sword arch around her, the blade pointed for a shin hit.

Armal saw the gurad standing outside the inn as he walked up. "Excuse me. Are you the one escorting my wife?" He asked as he stopped in front of the guard.

"Your wife...? Well I know I am escorting a young lady. Tell me your name so I may ask her." The Guard asked the Lord looking man.
Ceasar was not much of a fighter, and a Captain like Enouska was much, much stronger. He was already lowered, so his sword could easly reach Enouska's. But he lacked strenght in his hit, and her weapon hit his lower leg. Ceasar grunts, takes few steps back to make some distance between him and Enouska.
"Wooden swords lass, still hur'..."
It was his turn now, he striked her sword arm, hoping to catch her off guard. Cheap shots, were his only options against strong opponents like Enouska.

Enouska yelped in pain and jumped back from Ceasar, "Cheap shot!!" She screamed angrily at him. Her eyes glared at him. "And you've grown stronger since last time!" She teased him. "But how's your speed?" She asked and darted at him once more. She raised the sword to come down vertically, then changed stances and swung around to his his side. She could feel the bruise forming already.

Ceasar was quick enough to block the vertical strike from Enouska's charge. But his speed disapointed him when he felt the wooden sword on his side, in an attempt to lower the damage from the attack he dived into a roll. As soon as his feet landed on the ground, his free hand on his shirt, on the area where he was hit.
"Yer quick....arch..." Ceasar stated quietly....
He stood back up, and went with a stance a spanish warrior taught him. His sword high above him vertically, he brought it down on Enouska. But that was a feint, he did not strike the shoulder like his original slash. Instead it followed her sword arm down, and horizontaly slashed her knee. Kneeling in front of Enouska, his sword in front of him, he made a victorious smile... Another cheap shot...

As soon as he begun the stance, Enouska jumped back evading him completely. "Nice, Ceasar!" She cheered him. "Hit me once with a cheap shot, shame on you, hit me twice shame on me." She taunted. She slowly walked around him, once against stalking her prey. Once she saw an opening, she, once again, lunged at him. She would do no fancy stance this time; a simply thrust forward pointed right at his torso.

Ceasar played along, letting Enouska stab at him, but...he had still a few tricks up his sleeve, he turned in a 90*. Enouska's sword slid on his belly, as he brought his sword up and striked at her back, still turning, he brought his foot up to trip her as she lunged with her hit.
"Aye, but Ceasar is t'e king o' those, Enouska.. Wha' happens after I fool ye moar then thrice eh?"
