"I start to get even." She grunted as landed hard on the ground. She groaned out in pain and rolled over. "Never changed with fighting... have ya?" She shot up at him. She swung her leg around, locking his knee and pulled her leg; hoping to cause him to fall. She rolled out of the way, would get on her knees and hold her sword with the tip into his back where his heart would be.

"Tha' a nice strike!" Ceasar said. "I submit" He lowered his sword, and stood up. "Ye go' some neat tricks yerself." He commented. "Were gonna be needin' those fer t'e otha'challengers. Sparrin'. Rememba'?" Ceasar stated as he pointed the upcomming crowd.

Enouska got up and gingerly shoulders. "That fall hurt." She laughed softly, then looked out at the crowd. "So... what is first? I need to know what kind of mind-set to be in." She chuckled softly. "And it looks like you're buying the alcohol." She teased then playfully pushed Ceasar.

"Sparrin'! N' il show ye mi store, n' ye choose whateva'ye wan'." Ceasar said, swinging his sword. "Ye go' a fightin' plan? T'e other lads r'startin' already." Ceasar asked as he pointed a few groups of competitioners and duelers fighting in the ring of sand. "T'e rules are simple. Someone challenges ye, ye fight, n' ye win. If ye lose, yer out."

"And this is a team fight?" She asked, confusion slightly etched on her face. Enouska looked out at the fighting and smirked. "This'll be fun!" She added and looked at Ceasar.

"Aye, ye n' me. Rememba'?" Ceasar asked bringing his sword up. He looked around, he spotted two men with spears comming to them. "Oy, ready Enouska, our first opponents." He makes a confident smile, as the two challenged them.
"We accept" Ceasar stated, without asking Enouska. And so, the two men charged, spears stabbing for each.

Enouska quickly spun out of the way, almost into the man's arms. She gripped the spear, yanked him closer and swung her sword in a sweeping arc from her right to the left. At the last second, she would change the attack, raise so the blade would skim the guy's arm, then slam the hilt of the sword into his shoulder. As she did that, her right foot swung to the left to get his right foot and she pulled back; hoping to cause him to fall.

The dueler Enouska battered fell down. Still stunned from the hits and fall. "What the hell...."
"Oy.. I forgot ta tell ye anotha' rule Enouska. One hit, n' yer ou'. No need ta bruise 'im!!!" Ceasar quickly said as he dived down the floor, avoiding the stabbing spear. He slashed his sabre onto his ankles. "Yer ou'." Ceasar stated as he stood back up from the sand.
"Ye alright lad? Seems Enouska wanted ta make sure yer down fer goo'.... Ye go get yerself some brew, and bring some fer me ta. Mi treat."
"Aye...Il manage with a ale or two.." He grunted and got up. He saluted Ceasar, nodded at Enouska. The two challengers left the field.
"Ye wanna go challenge some Enouska?" Cesar asked.

Enouska sighed and looked at Ceasar, "I feel almost bad.. fighting everyone..." She gave him a nostalgic look, then looked at the few challengers. "They don't stand a chance against us... Makes me almost want to fight blindfolded..." She muttered, then looked to the ground.

"Aye... ye wait till we fight some o' t'e stronger lads. Ye ever fought a bloke who wields twin axes eh? I met one who threw 'em . Quick end fer his opponents." Ceasar said.
"But we coul' always go n' step back a wee bit. Wait fer the stronger opponen's ta come ou'. 'Cause there are bound ta come ou'. We got some good fighters in t'e Free Sailors Tradin' Company." Ceasar continued.

"Then yes, let's step back and observe them. Them staff-lads were just too easy. I want some I can be rough with." She laughed and twirled the wooden sword in her hand as her eyes gazed around at the other fighters. Enouska watched a particular short brawl, then she blinked. "Not many women fight in this... do they...?" she observed.

"Nay, ain't many women on t'e seas. Bad luck ye kno'?" Ceasar replied. He kept turning, making sure no one would attack them in the back. Even if it was against the rules, combatants would sometimes do that. "Ye need a break, I spotted our las' opponen's in the strands. They 'r cheerin' fer us. N' they got drinks..." Ceasar grinned.

"Bad luck, whatever they say. I have yet to have something happen on my ship." Enouska chuckled, turned and waved up to their previous opponents. "A drink sounds good, aye." She smiled and looked at Ceasar.

Ceasar waved at the two previous opponents. They threw a large bottle of wine. "Aye...perfect!" He removed the cork with his teeth spitting it away. He took 3 long gulps and he passed it to Enouska. "Ye betta' be quick with yer drinkin'....Lads r' commin'." He stated as he pointed two musketeers. Trained soldiers of the harbor. They had wooden muskets, with bayonets. If the would-be blade touched you, you were out.
Ceasar charged at the duo, and as soon as he was in range, he dodge the slash of the soldier's rifle. The attached knife almost touching him. He then lunged for him. The riflemen dodged, taking out a wooden knife. Ceasar jumped back, next to Enouska. "These lads 'ave some tricks up their sleeves....Ye go n' handle them. Il go get miself somethin'....." He said as he quickly walked to the weapons rack.

Enouska looked at the riflemen as she took a long swig from the bottle. She sighed after her drink. One hand gripped the bottle and the other her sword. She held the bottle up, moved close the one rifleman wielding the knife. She tossed the bottle to the side, grabbed his wrist and quickly tapped her "blade" to the man's arm. She jumped back just in time to avoid the other man's 'sneak' attack with the blade.

A wooden hit was heard, as the sailor who did the sneak attack pulled back. He groand and began to rub his back. "damn throwing knives...." The fighter said, giving up and walking to the strands where he would watch.
"Aye...got miself some more tricks up mi sleeve." Ceasar said, picking up the throwing dagger. "Let's go challenge some! Ye choose!" He demanded Enouska. He wanted to try out his new tricks on soom poor victim.

Enouska shook her head and stared at Ceasar in awe, "You really are the king of cheap shots." She laughed and looked around. "Hm..." She turned around and looked; her eyes skimming. Finally two swordmen stuck out. She pointed to them, "That looks fun." She smiled.

"Aye I am, n' ye ain' seen nothin' yet." Ceasar said, as he walked to the two swordsmen. They frowned when they saw the duo comming. Ceasar walked to one of the swordsmen, and kicked sand up his face, stunning him for a few seconds, a few seconds being all he needed. He quickly set his sabre up in a blocking position, and took his free hand to lock his sword arm. Without hitting, the man spat, sand comming out of his mouth. "I give up! Arg! damn sand! Got right into my eyes."
Ceasar showed his teeth, wickedly happy. He turned and looked at Enouska handle the other opponent.
"Ye go 'ave a drink with t'e otha' lads we won agains'. Mi treat."
The ...loser walked to the strands, and nearly emptied a bottle of beer. "Bring the barrels!" Could be heared in the public who watched the competition.

Enouska laughed at Ceasar as she ducked below the sword and simply guard him off-guard. She gently shoved her sword forward and knocked the guy back. "Join them as well. Your attack was too upfront... That wouldn't last out there." She explained, then looked to Ceasar.

Ceasar stood there, and watched the on-going fights. He spotted two men, each waving flails, one in each hand. They were working in concert, bringing down duos after duos of opponents. "Those lads....'r gonna be tough....Ye might wan' ta grab anotha' weapon o' two. That's 12 balls o' wood ta smash ye down, n' ye can't block it easly. Ye can only dodge 'em. Quite t'e pain in the bottocks." Ceasar said, as he lowered a throwing knife into his left hand, and brought his sabre up in his spanish stance.
"We can go fer 'em though'. "'Ave fun ye kno'?"
